Maybe just a  little more testing and research about your niche’ and then apply that course again will lead you to the promise land. Try three times of attempting to reach your goals, then that’s when you fold em. In other words with most internet courses, tools and software you’ll get a 30-60 day guarantee. Don’t sit around wasting 1-2 weeks before you get started, give it the 3 time college try and then exercise your right to a refund. That’s when you fold em… but at least you’ll know you gave that course or software a damn good chance to prove itself without taken any loss.

We truly don’t want our money back, we really want it to work so we can retire from that 9-5 and have the freedom and revenue to live a more fulfilling lifestyle. How about when to walk away, we all have some guru who we truly respect and have been following for months or even years.

You just bought your gurus latest product, tool or software and wham here they come with another product and this time it says it’s better than the last one you bought or it’s now been updated. Updates aren’t bad because now-a-days when you buy you receive updates for life. But if you haven’t put in enough time to even know if product you just bought works, it’s time to just walk away from the new promotion. This guru isn’t trying to just make money off of you, he’s after the next wave of prospects that are new, or didn’t purchase the last time around… So just walk away and keep plugging away with the not so old product you bought a few months back.

How about those killer video promotions that come at you like a major motion picture and everywhere you look FB, Twitter there’s a incredible buzz loaded with great testimonials and great comments. Then they stick those screen captures of the revenue they made to the tune of $800 -  $2887 a day or $20,000 a month. They got the cars, houses and vacation jpegs to prove it… that’s when you run.

Heck the product just launched how can anyone possibly reach that goal in a matter of days, instead think of all the past products people have bought… that’s when we want to read testimonials 2 months out since the launch. But we never hear from them down the road, their either so pissed  and embarrassed that they or the product didn’t work. Or if it did they would be crazy to share it with you…trust me it’s a scam  Run Away.

You won’t find it on the market after 2 weeks, why? If it is so good you should be able to purchase down the road at a later date but instead it has vanished off the market. Heck if I had a product that sold out, trust me I wouldn’t be taking it off the market claiming I can only handle so many clients, I would outsource.  That’s nothing but a sale pitch to get you to hurry and buy… run don’t just walk away they might still come after you now that they have your email.

A big hurrah to you!!!!! We’ve won for now — SOPA and PIPA were dropped by Congress today — the votes we’ve been scrambling to mobilize against have been cancelled.

The largest online protest in history has fundamentally changed the game.  You were heard.

“’This is altogether a new effect,’ Mr. Dodd said, comparing the online movement to the Arab Spring. He could not remember seeing ‘an effort that was moving with this degree of support change this dramatically’ in the last four decades, he added.”

If you’ve been following the news at all this past week, then you’ve no doubt heard about the SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act) legislation here in the U.S.

The video below discusses the Senate version of the House’s Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA). In the Senate the bill is called the PROTECT IP Act (PIPA). SOPA has gotten more attention than PIPA because it was moving faster in the legislative process. But PIPA is just as dangerous, and now it is moving faster.

PIPA would give the government new powers to block Americans’ access websites that corporations don’t like. The bill lets corporations and the US government censor entire websites and cut sites off from advertising, payments and donations.

This legislation will stifle free speech and innovation, and even threaten popular web services like Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.

The bill is scheduled for a test vote in the Senate on Jan. 24th: We need to act now to let our lawmakers know just how terrible it is. Will you fill out the form via the link or click the banner to ask your lawmakers to oppose the legislation and support a filibuster?

Fighting online piracy is important. The most effective way to shut down pirate websites is through targeted legislation that cuts off their funding. Well the holidays are well over now and this year both my wife and son got iPads instead of new desktops or laptops and they are two happy campers. Mainly because they have become mobile and litter y take them everywhere they go, which is something that could present itself to be a problem down the road.

But because were just getting out of the holidays and they just can’t part with their precious pads we took them on a couple long trips to places like Disneyland and actually they came in real handy in cutting down the boredom of the long car ride. They used the GPS to find restaurants, making calls, games and the like. Now waiting to get on each ride at Disneyland is insane and a minimum wait of 30-45 minutes. So my son would simply pull out his iPad to keep from going bonkers through the wait… funny there was a bit of envy from the other folks and kids waiting in line and a couple you-show-off stares…lol

Next thing I noticed was a slight learning curve they started having in understanding how to navigate their way through their tablets. To the point that they kept interrupting me while I was watching all the bowl games or enjoying all the software gifts I had received this year. Well here we go again another year  is set to take off and I can imagine what’s headed our way. A stack of newly designed software, courses and all the hype one can stand to get started in internet marketing. For those that have been in the Internet Market for some time, well you know its times to clean up emails, revamp websites, drop failed campaigns, try new traffic sources and cut cost. It’s the general rule of business weather last year was successful or not, you need to step back and take a little time and access where you are and where your headed in 2012…productivity or becoming more productive will be the key.

So take the time and trim the fat and keep and increase what has been working and drop what hasn’t. Here’s some online business tips and strategies to get you started… remember procrastination can end up being your biggest enemy.

It is 100% true.  You can do this quite easily, in fact you can increase your productivity even more with a little thought.

Here is what I mean by that…

For starters I want you to do an exercise.  One that will take a couple of days, maybe even up to a week?  (You can do this in as little as 10 minutes though – especially if you have a clear idea on what it is you don on a daily basis.  The more often you do this, the easier it becomes!)

It really depends on how much you want to increase your productivity and grow your business in the immediate future.  This is how you do it….

1. pull out a piece of paper (I use a yellow legal pad personally) and keep it with you at all times during your work day.
2. while you are “doing” everything you do during your day, make a quick note of what it is you are doing.
3. so if you check your email, write that down… go over your affiliate commissions from yesterday – write that down too!  Order content for your sites, write that down as well.  Go over some search engine rankings – write that down also.
4. basically write down every single thing you do on a daily basis in your business.  Don’t leave anything out…
5. after you have done this for a couple days / a week take a look at the list of things you have written down.

1. Pull out some different colored highlighters and pick a color for things you can’t stand to do…  go through your list and highlight those in this color.
1. this is the “immediately get rid of” list…
2. take these things and figure out some way to hand them off to someone else!
3. hire an outsourcer if they can be done online, if it requires a “person present” then look online for virtual assistants.
4. go to Craigslist and put an ad in for a part time assistant, for how many ever hours it would take to “get this done” so you don’t have to worry about it.
5. you would be SHOCKED to see how many people would love to get out for a couple of hours a week and “take care of your NASTY list”!!!
2. pull out another color highlighter and then highlight the things that you don’t feel you should be doing…  Maybe this is adding up  affiliate commissions for the week, or checking your rankings for clients on a regular basis.
1. find a way to either automate this with auto rank tracking software, so you get PDF’s in your inbox to review or find someone who can compile your weekly (or monthly) commissions, put them in a spreadsheet and then deliver them to you.
2. basically find a way to systematize your business so you are only dealing with the “results” vs. actually doing all the work to get there.
3. what you are left with had BETTER be the things that you LOVE to do, and are better at than anyone else.  If for some reason there are things left that you are not particularly good at, or are not a good use of your time, then pull out one of those highlighters and add it to your “Can’t Stand” list of the list of things that you “Shouldn’t Be Doing”!
1. do the same thing as above until all the highlighted items are “taken care of by systems”.
4. go through this exercise on a regular basis…

Trust me when I say this will increase your productivity, not just by 100% percent, but often by MUCH more.

Plus, it will free up your time to focus on what is important in your business.  You will now have the time / energy / focus to do the things that only you can do, the things that you are BEST at!

This will be different for everyone, it might be market research, developing funnels, copywriting, product development…

Whatever your biggest strength is, this is where you should be putting the majority of your efforts!  After all, this is where you are going to create the advantage in your business that in turn brings in results.

Another way to look at it is creating value in return for money – that is how a business turns a profit.

So create some leverage in your business…  make your list, delegate and have fun doing the things you enjoy and are great at!

Hope everyone is serving up a pleasant holiday and everyone not only got what they wanted, but gave to those that really need it. Hope this season brings in buckets of cash from all the work you’ve put in this year. Next year I hope your ready to hit the ground running. I have a little side hustle I do building blogs but as a one time setup. It’s not a major part of the business, just for friends and close acquaintances. I actually earned enough extra money to crunch some big bills and splurge a little…

With this blog setup service I perform the one thing I always notice are those that have a great idea, but no product or blog. As a result I build their blog and introduce them to affiliate marketing, spend 1 month them and eventually they learn the ropes and are on their way. Weather they make it is another story, I strictly only do the one time setup. Others have a great product but don’t have a clue as to how to setup a blog and connect it with social media and launch their product. After a year both are stuck wondering what went wrong or how come nothing is working. They complain that month after month their site can’t get pass $5-10-$15 a day in revenue…if that, maybe it’s only $15 a week or month.

They’re even pretty good with SEO or at least know the basics and receive descent targeted traffic. Like me I just kept busting my hump pouring  everything into this one site over & over. Yup that was me until a couple years ago where I had a friend that was doing around $7k a month. Not rich (she lives in CA) but she was well on her way by just maintaining this one method that she started 4 years ago, and now she doing around $10-$15k monthly. I know she has recently has moved to Hawaii with her kids… I begged her to just give me just one clue without giving a way her so-called secrets.

She said there are no secrets, just a commitment to this one technique or method and only that. She told me she concentrate’s and Targets marketing to unique niches while maintaining  25 blogs. Wow when I first heard that it was like how in the H*ll do you pull that off. She says each blog makes only $10-15 a day, and when she started it was only $2-5 a day per blog. I did the math and found 25 blogs each making $10 a day equals $250 a day times 7 days a week is $1750.00 and 4 weeks a month equals $7000 a month… No wonder she moved to Hawaii with the kids.

She says once you put together a blog doing what-ever Adsense, affiliate marketing, CPA, video marketing, PLR (private label rights), your own product, flipping sites or just selling anything from soup to nuts (one of her blogs were selling  just 7 flashlights). If that site/blog only makes $5.00 a day but you have 25 of them running on autopilot that’s $3500 a month. But how does a IM’er put together 25 blogs or even just 10 blogs in no time flat. Ten would bring you $1500 a month with each site making only $5 a day…hmm that shouldn’t be to hard to pull off with your experience only $5 a blog.

Well it’s not as hard as many would have you think, and actually your main problem is… your trying to make that $3500-$7000 all with only one blog. Wow that’s gonna be a Tuft endeavor, unless your Frank Kern ( which 90% aren’t) or your willing to put in the time and learn from your mistakes and keep testing, researching and building your list,using software to track, drive traffic (90% are) or ye and buying more courses. That’s gonna be a pretty tedious time-consuming task, the money will have to wait until you learn the ropes and learn them right ( 95% don’t).

Not everyone can do the Frank Kern dance and rake in $487,000 in 10 days using email, one site and 4 videos.

When I started some 5 years back I struggled and didn’t start making any kind of descent money until 2 years ago. Because all my attention went to one site and one niche’ then dump the campaign and start a so-called smarter one.  Below is a tremendous product and tool to achieve everything I’ve discussed above quickly.
